Return Policies
If you no longer wish to keep the product and you purchased it less than 30 days ago, you can request an Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You MUST keep the product until an RMA number is issued to you. There will be no RMAs issued for opened software. A 15% restocking fee for all non-defective returns will apply. If you paid by credit card, you will be credited the total amount of your order (less 15% and the shipping costs). If you paid by cash or cheque, a cheque in the amount of your order (less 15% and the shipping costs) will be mailed to you within 3 weeks.
Defective Products
If the product is defective and you purchased it less than 30 days ago, you may request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You MUST keep the product until an RMA number is issued to you, upon which you may ship the product back to us at your expense. Once we receive the product, we will test it and determine its condition. Should it prove to be defective, you will be refunded the full amount or replace the product with a new unit. If the product is not defective, you will be refunded the total amount of your order minus the return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. Alternatively, you can contact us and we can put you in direct contact will the manufacturer for direct servicing.
Order acceptance policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Pricing Policy
All prices are subject to change without notice. In the case that the price appearing on this Internet site differs from the price in store, the price in store will apply.
Typographical and technical errors policy
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Educational price eligibility
Some of the products available on this site require special educational status. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order due to your educational status. We may require additional verifications or information before processing any order.
Inventory levels
The inventory shown on this website is at our manufacturer and distributor warehouses. These inventory levels will fluctuate and do not indicate a guarantee of availability. If your order is going to be delayed due to inventory shortages, we will contact you directly.
Leasing
Our Lease-to-own program: To find out how much your monthly installments will be you must add products to the Shopping Cart. You will then be able to conveniently calculate how much your payments will be.
We reserve the right to deny a lease to anyone. It is the responsibility of the leasee to notify us in advance of any changes in address, telephone number, credit card or credit card renewals to avoid missed payments. Any missed payments will be assigned a $15 administration fee.
